The Amateur's All Grown Up,

The recipe's are great, but that's just the tip of the iceberg. It's equal parts travelogue and how-to guide, giving us a tantalizing peek into the kitchens of some pretty incredible chefs. As enjoyable to read as it is to use--how often can you say that about a cookbook!
