The best weight-loss book in the market!,

The first thing that caught my attention about the book was the number of pages. 20 pages didn't make much sense for a self-help book and so I was skeptical. but i was wrong and Phil has done it again! He has managed to take all the information and present it in a nut-shell which makes sense to common people. I loved reading the book and it was really interesting.
Here are some of the things that I liked in this book -
1. Concise and short (hardly 22 pages long).
2. Very factual and accurate information. I was able to follow the diet for a week and I am already feeling better.
3. Easy instructions that can be followed by anyone.
4. Diet suggestions are not too expensive, i loved the idea of 7th day splurge (thats unique!)
Even if you are not looking to lose weight, you can still give this a shot - there are tips here which will improve your lifestyle. This book is the LITE-VERSION of weight-loss books and is truly effective.
Phil, you are an amazing writer and I look forward to reading more of your books!
