The concept of breakfast for dinner is so very appealing, and this book is now in my arsenal of go-to's when I haven't thought much about what to have for dinner, and dinner-time is just an hour away. At the beginning of the book are a list and pictures of ingredients we commonly already have available, and what follows are wonderfully appealing recipes to use them in ways we often haven't, with other ingredients that are readily available at the local grocer.
My ONLY reservations about this book are that, given my need to limit animal fat and wheat in my diet, I have to exercise caution in using these recipes too often. And they are SO tempting! I'm looking at ways of modifying with gluten-free breads, low-fat or veggie versions of meats, etc. All doable where I live, with three health food stores close to hand.
