Great for a Primer,
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Bob Kasper's Sting of the Scorpion: A Fundamental Guide to Knife Combat (Paperback)
I was disappointed in the level of detail you get with this book. I will take part of the responsibility for that. I should have known with a paperback with this many pages, you wouldn't get a lot of density. If you are looking for a good, very basic, intro into knife defense, this might be for you. If you are looking for a detailed "how-to" with descriptive photos, etc., look elsewhere.

Shouldn't be disapointed, title says "fundamental guide". That's exactly what you get, fundamentals.

I already accepted the responsibility for my error in selection. I just wanted to help others understand just how "fundamental" the book is. Thanks for validating my remarks with your criticism.
