I have pretty small wrists and was afraid that this watch was going to be too wide and bulky- it isn't and I am very happy with the overall aesthetics of the watch. I do notice that I'm wearing a watch when am using my hands, however (like when talking to someone), as it is a bit heavier than most of my other watches. I imagine I would get used to this though.
Its construction is solid and the links are quite comfortable since they're coated with a rubberized material. You cannot really tell from the photo, but the links are wrapped with the rubber material vertically. So if you were to look at the watch from the left or right side, you would be able to see the gold links in between.

I really like the look of the watch and since it is fairly large it seems it would fit well on a man's wrist. Could it be used as a unisex watch or, in your opinion, does it have features which make it strictly a woman's watch?

It could probably be considered a unisex watch since there are no specific features that make it seem like a woman's watch. A few of my guy friends have complemented me on the watch since I've started wearing it. I had my friend try it on (without closing the clasp) and he said he wouldn't wear it because the face seemed a bit too small for his taste. It could be considered a smaller-sized men's watch.
If you're wondering how large the crystal face is, it's exactly the same size as a half dollar coin. The black rubberized ring around the face extends about 1/4" beyond that. I hope this helps. If you're still unsure about purchasing the watch, I'd suggest going to a store to try it on.

You have this watch for so long now, how is it working for you? I have a concern about the rubber on the band?!
