This information has been invaluable to me. As a Vitamix sales demonstrator I come across people who believe that there is ONE "Perfect" diet for all people - almost to the point of religious ferver. You have the raw food diets, vegan, vegetarian, paleo, Atkins, South Beach, etc. From my personal experience, backed by the information gleaned from the "Eat Right For Your Type" books, I've always felt that something about an individual caused them to do better on a healthy meat based diet while others do better on a predominantly fruit, grains and vegetable based diet, but I never could verify in my informal population surveys (conducted at shows) that blood type was the determining factor.
The Nutrition Solution gave me the "key" to understanding how to determine who would benefit from a lower carb vs. a higher carb diet.
I highly recommend this book to any health seeker.
