Even though you don't work for Phillips Norelco, I think they should send you a lifetime free replacement certificate for your efforts. Your video on Amazon will probably move more product for them then an ad on the Super Bowl! Kudos to you!

I was on the fence on this item, as to whether its features warranted the added expense over more basic models. I haven't received the item yet, but based on this review I went ahead and ordered it and have every confidence that I will not be disappointed.

Thanks for the review. Very nice job. A suggestion about beard trimming though. You might have better results if you only use the device in the direction of beard growth. I see you are combing upward but I'm assuming you beard, like most, grows downward. Staying with the growth pattern gives better results overall. :)
