OK system, but not worth the $$,
This review is from: BOSE(R) 321 GS Series II DVD Home Entertainment System - Graphite (Electronics)
Sound is fine and it is nice to have an all-in-one system. I have had it a week now and have discovered two missing options: an audio out connection from the media center (which is useful for headphone users) and zooming capability for DVDs. The BOSE technical person said the "engineers were going a different route" when leaving out a headphone jack. Don't know what route that would be...except the one that leads back to the store. The puzzling thing is that the SONY and Samsung all-in-ones also lack an audio out. There must be an over-riding reason, but I don't know what it is.
BOSE is a company that is know for headphone technology, so one might think they would start with a headphone jack and build up from there.

I think the Bose "plan" for not having a headphone jack is that they want you to use the BoseLink technology to wirelessly connect other Bose devices (several accomplish this) to use headphones. That actually would work out very well and create a good user experience, but the obvious downside is that it traps you to paying Bose prices for everything in the house!
