I really like this book. Robin uses a vast array of ingredients, but doesn't rely on the use of processed meats or dairy substitutes, which many vegan cookbooks do. There are a few recipes that use non-dairy cream cheese, but they are few and far between. Her recipes are straight forward and easy to follow, and all the ones I've tried so far have turned out well and been very tasty!
