Resets under load, particularly while gaming. I can't play any online game for more than 10 minutes without the connection dropping and device resetting. As you can imagine this is extremely annoying to the point where I'm going to have to purchase another cable modem to replace it. From the research I've done on the internet this seems to be a common problem with this device. My ISP is Comcast and despite this modem being listed specifically on there list of compatible devices they are unable to offer any support whatsoever. I've contacted them at least half a dozen times for help and even suggested trying to roll back the firmware (which reportedly help other users) they claim they are unable to do so and don't even seem to know what I'm talking about. All their support will do is remotely reset it and ask you to power cycle the device which does not resolve the issue. I've also contacted Cisco directly to attempt to get support and was told this isn't actually a Cisco product but a re-branded Scientific Atlantic product (whom they recently acquired), however they offer no support at all for it and calling their scientific Atlantic department just leads to a voice-mail instructing you to contact your ISP. After days of trying to get some support with this nothing has been done, the device continues to reset and disconnect me. Amazon won't let me return it since I threw away the box and Cisco's warranty apparently means nothing. Save yourself the headache and STAY AWAY FROM THIS PIECE OF JUNK.
