This review is from: Jesus of Nazareth: Holy Week: From the Entrance Into Jerusalem To The Resurrection (Hardcover)
Before he was Benedict 16, Joseph Ratzinger was known as a scholar and theologian. This book reflects that scholarship and show his ability to communicate. It is the first of two books and covers most of Jesus' public ministry. I highly recommend this work for all orthodox (SMALL O) Christians, NOT just Catholics. Christian scholars, both Protestant AND Catholic will of course have read this book. But while scholarly, this book is important to all, not just scholars, who sincerely want to grow in "friendship with Christ".
I want to reassure them, there is nothing that would offend any Protestant sensibilities. I believe that many denominations, even those that seem staunchly anti-Catholic, will actually find themselves in almost complete agreement. Benedict 16 even states in the book that it is in "no way an exercise of the magestirium", simply an "expression of his personal search for the face of the Lord." HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

You seem to be reviewing the first (2007) book, not the book released in March 2011.
