I found this book to be the best book on diet I've ever tried. It works fast to lower body fat. It actually is quite easy to do and can be tailored to fit your lifestyle. Pounds have just been falling off at a fast pace to the point where I may have to limit how often I stay on this. There's a tremendous amount of info on nutrition, food separation, food combining and exercise all in one book. I feel I am reclaiming the animal magnetism of my younger days.
