Don't, and I mean Don't waste your money!!!!!! It is Not Reliable, and the Customer support is useless!!!!!!,

I've been using the pen for a few months and it worked perfectly, it recognized everything i wrote and the recording was good as well. One day after the pen tried doing a flash update, it stopped working and i received a system failure: 2. I went online and on the support section i found an article that explained that the failure was due to an old fireware on the pen and i needed to do a flash updated. It provided me with the software to do the flash update. This was all good, except that it didn't work.
So i sent a support request to the company to ask for help and all they did was point me to the flash update tool, even though i've repeatedly sent mails which explained to them that i've already tried it and it did not work. The request was sent over a month back. After may last message, where i expressed my dissatisfaction, i got not response from the company.
So not to bore you further here is my conclusion, the company doesn't know how to support their product. My interaction also left me with the feel that they were overwhelmed with support calls which means this product is not reliable (see other reviews).
I wish i had read some of the reviews before i spent $150.00+ (with accessories), so if you want to save your self $150 don't buy this product, look for more reliable vendors that can support their product.
