planning my voyage,
This review is from: World Cruising Routes: Companion to World Cruising Handbook: 1000 Routes from the South Seas to the Arctic (Hardcover)
I read this as a resource when planning an around the world sail trip. The early chapters encouraged careful planning and provided lots of dos and don'ts. The organization of the book with navigation aids, provides ample guidance for diffeent regions on the trip. I could have used more specific information about ports of call but what I did get was useful. The book also has very good lists of cruising guides.
Well worth adding to your list of references as you plan. Tom the bread baker
