Practical and well researched,

Having read similar books, I was relieved this wasn't another "get to the gym" or "how to look buff" book. Instead, the text is targeted to address issues specific to the desk worker, while still addressing overall health. The outlined program also has a very gradual ramp up and was simple enough to eliminate excuses. The advice is very practical, very specific, and best of all, well researched. Seeing citations of peer reviewed papers warmed my heart, and gave me a basis for comparing it with other advice I'd heard. Overall, I easily recommend this book.
