This book is absolutely awesome! Not only does it give you the information you need to lose belly fat, but it also gives you specific recipes, the do's, the don't and the how's and why! The information that has been provided will help change your body from the inside out! I have learned so much about why I have not been able to lose this stubborn belly fat, even though I "do not eat a lot." Does this sound like you? Well, JJ Smith has the answers you have been searching for. Who would have ever thought it would be something this simplex.
