Please don't waste your money, time and efforts by buying this useless warranty.

First of all, when my laptop went bad within a year of purchase, I sent them my laptop for a repair.
My display was not working for some reason. They were good in sending the shipment box soon. I think the only thing they are good at (1 star for that).

However, when I contacted them, they told me that the device is broken (the display is cracked). They sent me a picture and I know that it was not like that when I sent it.
Either they did intentionally or it happened during shipping. They sent my item back as I requested them ( I was pissed of with the customer care). But they didn't send my charger. As I mentioned, It was a very new product. When I contacted them again, they sent me another charger. I assume that it was for a laptop which was 10-20 years old. The charger was very (!) big and heavy and obviously not for my unit. I assume that they sent my charger to other customer who had bad chargers (may be). I didn't bother to contact them.

SO, BE careful. You will get a bad warranty. Buy it if don't care about a bad warranty and good luck with your time and effort.

You needed a charger, they sent you one it may have been old but it works, if you wanted a new one you must demand a new one, best buy did this when I needed mine replaced, it is common for them to do this. I'm not seeing how this is their fault, you seemingly made little effort to make sure it was handled who you wanted it to be handled. Bad review in my opinion.

Update:
But finally, the customer care fixed the issues. They paid me back for the charger (as they couldn't find mine). Also, they returned my warranty purchase.
