This review is from: SquareTrade 3-Year Electronics Protection Plan ($400-450) (Electronics)
Failed to honor my warranty. I filled out all the paperwork correctly. Documented everything and sent it in on time. I also received proof (from SquareTrade) that they received the documents - and all was complete. Yet ... they did nothing.

I have used other warranty services with success. I know it is a pain to document stuff, but I accept that this is how it works. However, other companies honor their warranties.

No one likes to have stuff go bad, but when it does, a warranty is supposed to cover the item. I may buy an extended warranty again - but not from SquareTrade.

I'm sorry that your warranty experience was so unsatisfactory. We try to always give the best service possible, but sometimes mistakes happen. I have heard much good praise about squaretrade..... if you buy any other extended warranty though, NEVERRRRRR, NEVER NEVER buy a walmart TV extended warranty. They try everything and delay MONTHS before they send you anything. In the end after months walmart did NOTHING and said talk to our 3rd party warranty company!

Believe me, never buy a warranty extend from Walmart!!!!
