2.0 out of 5 stars Very Frustrating to Use, November 30, 2011

This review is from: BaBylissPRO Tourmaline Titanium 3000 Dryer (Health and Beauty)
I really like this dryer for many reasons - it's quiet, can dry my hair quickly and produces great results. It's also pretty light weight. I have a problem with it though: the concentrator attachment keeps falling off. I had read this in the some of the reviews before making my purchase, but crossed my fingers and ordered anyway. I wish I had listened to the reviews and looked for another dryer where this doesn't happen. I have very curly hair which I blow straight every morning and using the concentrator is pretty important. I used to be able to dry my hair in about 7 minutes. Now, because I am constantly stopping to pick up the attachment from the floor, it takes double the time, besides which, it's darned aggravating to constantly stop and pick it up. In the 15 minutes or so it takes to dry my hair, I probably have the attachment fall off 5 or 6 times. One of these days I'm going find a new dryer and relegate this one to my "backup" dryer. If I still had the original packaging, I'd send this one back to Amazon in a heartbeat.

Why don't you just tape or permanently glue it to the dryer?

With what? I asked at Home Depot and they told me anything I used would eventually melt off.
