Overall good product. One nit.,
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This is a good product and I would use it again. I think it would be much more functional in a squeezable container with a cap that flipped shut much like you see with honey and agave nectar.

Although that would seem functional/practical, it would mean the product would have to be packaged in plastic. It is much healthier and better to have it packaged in glass, even if one has to use a spoon to scoop some out. I wish more health food products in fact were packaged in glass, as opposed to plastic.

Good point. I think there have been studies which appear to indicate it's better to, say, drink water from glass rather than plastic. Especially if the plastic containers have been stored where the temperature rises above a certain point, then the plastic leaches hazardous chemicals into the liquid or something. It then seems by deduction, that food stored in plastic would probably not be as good for you as food stored in glass. There's probably the ecology/"green" angle too; manufacturing plastic jars/bottles probably creates more poisonous atmospheric emissions, vs glass containers, recycling, etc etc.

I would quit buying it because I don't want my food in contact with plastic. That includes BPA free plastics. I appreciate that this company cares enough about it's customers to spend a little more money and put it's product in glass.
