This is basically a reprint.,
This review is from: Bocuse in Your Kitchen: Simple French Recipes for the Home Chef (Hardcover)
This is basically a reprint of 1982's Paul Bocuse in Your Kitchen. I have the earlier book, and I ordered this book by mistake. Because of the slightly different title, I thought it might be different. There's no information on the page to indicate that the material has been published nearly word for word before. The back cover of the book itself does indicate this by implication, but you can't "see into" this book on Amazon like you can others.
Probably doesn't matter to most people, and it's a nice book. Just a warning to those of you who have the earlier version.

Thank you, Cookbook Lover! The recipes sound so similar to those in Regional French Cooking, I wondered whether the same recipes were published in a different format. But, the RFC has only 119 recipes. Does your copy really have 220 recipes that the publisher's comments claim? Another reviewer indicated that Hungarian Goulash was among the recipes! Is that true?

After reading Cookbook Lover's review and warning that Bocuse in Your Kitchen was a reprint of Paul Bocuse in Your Kitchen, I bought PBinYK. It is not the same as Bocuse's Regional French Cooking! There are a few similar or same recipe names, but the recipes themselves are different. Also, the English name might be the same, but the French name is not. And yes, there is a recipe for Hungarian Goulash in PBinYK. There are also recipes for making homemade red wine vinegar and Lyon-style Farmers' Cheese. See my review in Paul Bocuse in Your Kitchen for more information.
