This is an extremely small 4-port USB hub. It comes with a power adapter to plug into an AC adapter, but also works without using the power adapter. You may or may not get 4 items plugged into the port because the ports are pretty close together, but for me that's not a big deal because I usually don't need that many plugged in at once.

If you're short on USB connections this is a great device; plus it also makes for a lightweight portable device.
