I truly feel that the exercises and visualizations will help you overcome any negative feelings that will arise during your giving up smoking journey.
I liked the "worksheets" at the back, they really help us to frame a mindset around giving up and taking a hard look as to why we smoke, want to quit, the cost and the benefits of quitting etc.
I think the title speaks for itself but anyone trying to give up smoking or has tried a few times in the past to quit and failed will gain from Tom's different approach and confidence booster to stop that nasty habit. As all smokers know, quitting isn't the easiest thing in the world to do.
