Disappointed by defect, no response from the company.,
We started with perplexus original, which we absolutely loved and were addicted to. Then we bought perplexus epic around July 2012. After a couple of months, we discovered that a piece of the plastic had not been trimmed away when the toy was molded. The ball can't pass through the piece of plastic, so the maze cannot be completed. We tried to contact the company about the defect, and even sent them a picture of the defect, but after several months they haven't responded. We're very disappointed.

WHAT A BUMMER! Did you ever get this resolved? I want to get one for my niece, but don't want to get a defect!

No, I never heard anything from the company.
