Softcore with a Plot, September 11, 2005
The title, Dangerous Invitations describes the plot of this softcore porno movie pretty good. While on a holiday, in kind of a reverse Fatal Attraction scenario, Ethan invites Sophie, Shauna O'Brian), a buxom brunette into his and his girlfriend Sarah's (Beverly Lynne), bed for a ménage a trois, only to find out later that the invitation was open ended and allowed Sophie's strange and dangerous husband, Gary, into their lives. He claims that Ethan owes him since he went to bed with his wife, so at first he claims that he wants a roll in the sack with Sarah but later changes his demand to a pre-release copy of a hot new video game Ethan helped develop (Ethan`s a video game designer). Gary gets more and more vicious and dangerous as Ethan rebuffs him and thing start to come to a heat up in more ways than one.
This is a Playboy production so the ladies are attractive and there is sexual action galore with several sets of partners in eight separate scenes, all performed realistically. I did think that Shauna O'Brians implanted breasts were a little incredulous however. I give the story 3 stars for effort and the action 5 stars for creativity for a 4 star average.
