Best "Diet" ever!,

My husband and I started this plan 4 days ago and are loving it. A lot of the ideas are common sense about not eating junk but the way it is presented and the guidelines on how to work the program are fantastic. I learned a lot, have really enjoy the diet (no feelings of hunger or deprivation like with so many other plans), and best of all we are already losing weight (he's down over 4 pounds and I'm down about 2 so far). I highly recommend this book if you want a diet plan that is less diet and more a healthy lifestyle. 5 stars!!
