I flipped it open and saw sausages and a cigar and was totally sold but I bought it because of the marrowbones. They just looked so good to eat and so fun to make. Half of this you will never make like foie gras parfait with madeira jelly, but there are tons you will like lamb shoulder for two, veal liver brisket, pork fish sticks, strip loin steak, and baked common crab. And so what there are things you won't make, you can look and salivate and dream all about it as you read the great stories and look at all the amazing pictures like the shaggy buffalo head. And now I have a place to eat if I'm ever in Montreal!
