5.0 out of 5 stars Another gift of Kristin's talent for us to enjoy!, September 13, 2011
This review is from: Some Lessons Learned (Audio CD)
Kristin has once again delivered her beautiful voice and creative talent with this CD. She is so genuine with every genre of music she performs. She didn't let us down with this release. Each track pulls at your emotions and brings your own memories to mind. This will be on my favorites list for many years to come.
Thank you, Kristin!! You have once again made the Broken Arrow class of '86 proud!

I can't buy faked country vowels. KC was trained classical method to sing extremely well. Her voice is amazing and I'm all for every ounce of success she earns, but trying to convince anyone that she's a "natural" country girl..well, doesn't work for me. Broken Arrow nestles against Tulsa, no more country than metro Tulsa. WHen you can do legit and pop and Broadway and jazz and classical, why country? For the money, of course. Reba and Loretta Coal Miner's Daughter: A Tribute To Loretta Lynn---now THAT's truecountry!
