Excellent review! This guy knows how to review! He didn't go on and on endlessly or stumble over his words, and he provided some good info. I do love the Canadians!

Great video. Can you recommend a canning book with a good variety of low acid recipes? It appears from the reviews that this book is mainly for water bath canning.
Thanks for the video and your help in advance.

It was nice to see the book in reality. I am glad I spent extra and ordered the spiral bound edition. I love canning and this will be a great addition to my kitchen.
