This book is filled with everything I look for in a cook book - colour photos, a brief description of the recipe and original vegetarian recipes that aren't just another version of a "veggie sandwich" or filled with a gazillion soup and salad recipes (note, the soup and salad recipes in here are, for the most part, different than those in most of my other vegetarian cookbooks).
Real stuff for people who aren't afraid to try new things, take a little freedom with the recipes (sometimes it's ok to just use what you have, some recipes can be used as guidelines rather than absolute directions) and still harbour a love of great food even if it doesn't involve meat.
