Good Supplement for Football Linemen,
My coach asked that I try to gain 10-12 pounds and suggested a diet of 6 meals a day. He gave me an entire diet and exercise routine but I found that the hardest part for me was adding all those new calories to my diet. That is where the EatMor supplement comes in. The exercise routine that he has us doing includes heavy lifts but not to many reps followed by a good rest period.
