5.0 out of 5 stars Awesome replacement lights for your car/home, October 9, 2012
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: 4x 194 168 5-SMD White High Power LED Car Lights Bulb
These are excellent replacements for any 12v application which needs the 194/168 common car bulbs. These will fit any application which requires any of the following bulbs (taken from an online cross-reference):

Compatibility: W5W 147 152 158 159 161 168 184 192 193 259 280 285 447 464 555 558 585 655 656 657 1250 1251 1252 2450 2652 2921 2825

These deliver a brighter-than-stock output, which is ~6k on the color spectrum (cool/white), and use less power, and will definitely last longer than stock. I got these to replace some license plate bulbs and interior bulbs.

They do seem to have a polarity, so if they don't light up one way, flip them around and try again. They were also the same physical size as the bulbs I was replacing, so there was no issue with fitment.

PROS:

* Excellent price, better than other online LED wholesaler websites

* Bright, white, 6K light

* Light output as compared to my stock bulbs, these LEDs had more lumens and were overall brighter

* Less amperage used

* Provides a more refined look to newer vehicles, and updated look to older ones

Would these bulbs be compatible with a 2008 Honda Civic EX coupe? Thank You

The Sylvania Lamp Replacement guide, which you can find online, lists 168 bulbs, so it is likely these would work fine. They're about the same size as stock bulbs, a smidge bigger. I've put them in several brands of license plate lights without issue. Ford was a little tight but it fit. Hope that helps.
