worst product and customer service,

I have this product and mere days after the warranty expired it suffered a hardware problem. I visited the store in Manhattan, NYC where I had the worst experience in my life. The technician took 2 hours to tell me that it would cost anywhere from $300-350. to have the unit repaired. I explained that the problem just happened given that it had the warranty. I have both Dell and Mac computers in my home and never experienced this type of service before. Further I called their customer service department and they countless repeated that the unit was out of warranty even though they knew that it was only days since it was out of warranty. I would never buy another Sony product. Save your money people and buy another brand you would not regret it. Any other company would place the unit back under warranty and repair it but not Sony.
