Interesting, But Leaps of Logic,
This review is from: Flood (Hardcover)
I read this book last winter. It started off well with the hostages and their rescue. Then the story line began to wander a bit. Then it picked back up when the characters arrived in South America. That part of the story flowed well. But when they got on the Ark and life went downhill quickly, that began to stretch the story once again. The ending, with the people living on big masses of vegetation as Mt. Everest was overcome by water was a bit of a let down.
Having said that, if one takes it as the novel it is supposed to be and does not try to overthink the science of the book, it was a good story.
