If you actually enjoy eating salads on a regular basis, this would be a good cookbook for you. It includes a variety of 15 different salads. Unfortunately, there is no interactive table of contents. I personally only found one recipe in here that I would consider trying, but I am also not a huge fan of salads. I just thought I would give it a look-see since it's free. If you are trying to lose weight, this book could be helpful. The author encourages you to eat a salad every day, as it could help you lose weight and be healthier (as long as you are eating the right kinds of salads).
