This review is from: All In (The Blackstone Affair, Part 2) (Kindle Edition)
The first book in this series, Naked was a good read but this was even better. I wasn't big into series books until I read FSOG. While that series was good, this is so much better. The chemistry between Ethan and Brynne comes off the page. The story picks up right where Naked left off but in an interesting twist, it's told from Ethan's point of view. Raine did an excellent job giving us his side of the story. So good in fact that this reader is left to wonder how Brynne felt about it all.

This books delves into Brynne's problems and why they're all concerned for her safety. While Brynne sees her past as a road block for them, Ethan lets her know that regardless of her past his love is real and he's here to stay. Also Raine provides the reader with a little foreshadowing regarding Ethan's long term commitment issues. It was refreshing to see the author introduce so many new characters in order to give us a more complete picture of these individuals. This is a good story that you don't want to see end. I'm definitely ALL INto this series and am anxiously awaiting book 3.

If you like this series, you might also want to check out Sylvia Day's Crossfire series.

I finished reading it 10 minutes ago. I didn't want it to end! I'm in love with yet another fictional character and this one might just be the best one yet. I think the key is seeing Brynne through Ethan's eyes. So many times I've wished to hear the words through the male POV. Thank you, thank you, thank you!! Anxiously awaiting #3!!!!

This was hot, but I preferred Enticed and Enthralled by Sarah Bailey. The writing was way better.
