eco friendly part and sporty style,
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Casio Women's STR300-7 Runner Eco Friendly Digital Watch (Watch)
I purchased this watch in the hopes it would suit my needs for marathon pace training. Unfortunately the "pace" feature does not support what I need it to do.
However, the seller was fantastic, and was very helpful and understanding regarding a shipping snafu.
The watch styling is sporty but still comfortable and girlie. Additionally, I liked that it is water resistant to 50m, so I can swim with it. The screen is big enough to see, unlike my Timex sports watch. The owner's manual explains step by step how to program it and I had zero problems figuring it out.
Overall a good, cute watch, but not exactly what I needed for my upcoming 1/2 marathon.

can you be more specific about what you were hoping the watch would do, and what it does? i am trying to replace an ironman triathalon timex watch that had an interval timer on it that I used for pacing. Is this similar? Thanks.

Looking for a sportswatch for my wife and not sure why you seem to downgrade it because it doesn't do what you need it to do. Does it not do something it says it should? You review seems to be very positive otherwise.

I'm also looking for a watch that has a rest/run feature. When I rowed, the Ergs we used were able to be set up for __ min/meter rowing, __min/meter resting. I want to use this method to train for a marathon. Have you found one that works, Amy or Reid?
