Verified Purchase(What's this?)
I purchased this device to connect my Samsung BlueRay 1600 player to my internet. I tried the Samsung Linkstik, but due to the position in my house and the inflexibility of the Linkstik, my connection kept dropping. I connected the Cisco bridge via a wireless connection to my NetGear 300n router and presto, no problems and downloaded movies began immediately from Netflix.
My only reason for the downgrade from 5 to 4 is that none of the documentation that I saw stated that it could only run one device through the bridge. I find that to be rather ridiculous for the price. At least two to four ethernet connections should have been enabled for $95. So my downgrade is related to the price for function rather than anything wrong with the device.

You can use a network switch to add more ports.
Buy any network switch, connect it to this device and the other ports can be used to connect any device you please.

Huy Duong: Thank you very much; that will be quite helpful.

Hi there. I was wondering if you know if this device will work on two different floors? My router and modem are upstairs and my internet available player is downstairs

@Walsh: I can't say for certain. My NetGear wireless definitely works in my two story house as my wife's printer is upstairs. The Cisco bridge and the NetGear router are on the main floor. But the bridge is literally around the brick exterior of the house in our addition. There is an opening from the main house through to the addition, but bridge is picking up the signal from a distance of about 50-60 feet and around the brick exterior wall. I am extremely satisfied with the performance as I stream video (HD) from Netflix through it at that distance and it is tucked back into the corner of the addition behind that brick exterior wall.
