Bonus addition very cool,
This review is from: Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception - Game of the Year Edition - Playstation 3 (Video Game)
For those of you who are fans of the previous versions, you get the following extras:
- Multiplayer maps (Graveyard, Old Quarter, London Streets, Oasis)
- "Flashback maps" which are 8 remade maps from versions 1 and 2
- 25 multiplayer skins, and Killzone 3 skins
- Fort Co-Op (this happens in the fortress from 'Drake's Fortune')
- Rogue skins pack (from 14 enemies)
Game will hook you, especially if you haven't played it before. Lots of recognizable faces from the previous games, fluid fighting, more weapons, good range of settings and action sequences.

What exactly was your reasoning for giving it a 4? You didn't say anything negative about it... I'm confused.

If you *don't* play multiplayer, is there anything useful? (The "skins" seem pointless to me.)
i.e. is there any bonus actual gameplay if you don't play multiplayer?
I will still PROBABLY wait until the GOTY is $20 or less and get that, but it seems like for a non-multiplayer player, it's not much of an upgrade.

J. Costello says:
All the bonuses are for multiplayer only. But, the Fort co-op is an online adventure level. It's like a campain story, but online with 2 other people. I think this is $5.99 by itself, so I'd go with the regular version if you don't plan on playing any multiplayer

Ooh, online adventure level. That actually sounds interesting, and something I might actually do. (I presume I can find 'random' people online and don't need to join up with specific friends at a specific time to accomplish it.)
So, I'll probably wait anyway to get the whole thing. I guess I was too generic when I said I wouldn't play multiplayer. I really meant the various "gunfight against a whole bunch of other people", which multiplayer seems to be nowadays. (Yes, I'm sounding like an old fogey.. I played Marathon way back when, but that's about the only one of those I played to any degree.)
Thanks for the info.
