Update on Apr 17, 2013:
I got a free replacement in March and here is the comments for the new one.

And the pads of the new one FELL OFF AGAIN..............

Other than that, the case is pretty good.
I figured using a glue would work.

However, I think iPearl should focus on improving the design (or just the glue between the pad and the case)
Since I got three cases and all of the pads fell off within a month.

I just got the case but one of the anti-slipping pad fell off.
And it didn't only fall off. The sticky thing made one of the corners look very dirty...

I contacted Amazon customer service and they said I could only return for a refund (since it's not sold by Amazon, they couldn't let me exchange it). But they did offer me that if I still wanted the item, I could place a new order with one-day shipping and then they could waive the one-day shipping fee.

mine actually fell off ,too. Now I have the case with out pads on because I'm tired of put it on over again and again after it feel off.So I gave up and threw away. I like the case though.
