Do Not Read this book...
if you are looking for a quick comfortable read.
The author, Mr. Donald Thomas, is committed to sharing an accumulation of nearly 40 years of knowledge packed within approximately 200 pages.
His work is not intended to be an encyclopedia for wellness but rather his unique perspective as a person who lives and breathes what he preaches.
Simply put, New Jump Swing Healthy Aging & Athletic Nutrition Program is an extensive outline of how to eat to live and how to live a long life full of vitality.
His passion, commitment and competence is on par with the late Bob Marley, Malcolm X (El-Hajj Malik El-Shabazz) and Mother Teresa.
Bob Marley (noted for his integrity) died in pain rather than undergo Allopathic (Modern Western Medicine) treatment for his cancer.
Malcolm X (noted for his integrity), according to the New York coroner, had the cleanest digestive tract upon autopsy than anyone in his career as a coroner.
Malcolm's conduct was also pure.
Mother Teresa (noted for her integrity) is said by many to be one of the most loving people to ever walk on the planet.
Donald Thomas is not an African American.
He is a Proud African American who is offering to share his knowledge with humanity.
His no-nonsense approach, although refreshing, will unlikely render this tremendous work of his to become a best seller within the near future.
Quite frankly, because he steps on too many toes including perhaps one of the largest most powerful and successful lobbyist in Washington,D.C. - the pharmaceutical industry.
Moreover, the people who could most benefit from his mammoth work - the poor and downtrodden - are the least likely to purchase, read and fully comprehend his work.
With all of that being said, the silver lining is that this book should be mandatory reading for any student in any curriculum related to wellness from the high school level to post graduate academia.
From there, the information could be disseminated to all strata of humanity.
Mr. Thomas gives the reader enough space to choose her/his niche to implement.
Incorporating any aspect of this labor of love should bring one closer to wellness.
If one is looking for typos or how his book might have been arranged differently, might I suggest that one put aside the microscope or binoculars so that one can view and enjoy the big picture.
Mr. Thomas will remind you or introduce to you ...... a better way.
I hereby challenge you to read his landmark work.
You will be reading much more than his words.
You will be reading his blood, sweat and tears.
Peace Be With You
