I bought this bread maker in October 2007, and have baked two or three loaves a week in it since then. (I think I've bought two loaves of bread in the past two years.) This machine is quiet, the bread bakes evenly, rises well, and is delicious, and throwing in the ingredients certainly couldn't be easier. I especially love being able to serve bread made with my own fresh ingredients and without the hydrogenated oil, preservatives, and other stuff they put in commercially prepared baked goods.

I also use my bread maker to easily make dough for dinner rolls, Danish rolls, cinnamon bread, pizza, bread sticks, etc. So quick and easy.

This is the only bread machine I've used, so I have nothing to compare it to, but I am certainly happy with it and have recommended it to friends. I will buy another Panasonic when (and if) this wears out.
