There have been 3 books that have changed my life. This is one of them. At some point in most women's lives they hit this wall where nothing that they do has any effect on their bodies - no amount of dieting or exercise makes any difference to those stubborn areas of fat that just will not go away. I hit that wall & have tried no end of diets & exercise programs to keep my body the way it used to be. To no avail. Until now. Finally someone has blown the lid off of how our bodies really work & how we can be as lean & lovely as we were in our 20's. Not only that, but Jonathan Bailor has also blown the lid off of the staggering deceit that perpetrates the food & health industries that deliberately keeps us fat, since FAT = CASH.
So far I have changed only a few things in my diet and I am already seeing unbelieveable results, especially when I consider how hard I have tried previously. I have yet to add the exercise, but reading the book, I have no doubt that the fat will fall off once I add that into the mix.
I could not be more excited about what this book teaches and the results that applying this science is bringing into my life. You will never need to buy another diet or exercise book, magazine or program. You will not waste countless more hours at the gym. You will not have to starve or deny yourself again.
THIS. IS. IT.
Get ready to enjoy life being the size & shape you want while eating more & exercising less!
