Great for wings,

I use this meatball Baker all the time, especially love it for chicken wings. I coat the wings with a dry rub and bake. Nice and crispy and no grease. Baker is coated to help with cleaning, but does require handwashing. Worth the extra work.

Dry rub is a combination of dry spices. You rub the mixture onto the outside of meats before you roast/cook them. Essentially a dry marinade, though not much of the flavor actually will make it's way inside of the meat. There are countless combinations of spices and herbs. Buy pre-made or make your own from a recipe.
