Here's my video review. I should warn readers though that Myer's book is more a memoir than an analytical work. Thanks for clicking in, Bernard

It's hard to really take this review seriously, since you're obviously trying to be inflammatory and contentious. And while I abhor censorship to satisfy the "PC" crowd, you on the other hand go off in the opposite direction of gratuitous condescension.

That isn't to say that I found your review completely disagreeable. I agree with you that misandryst sexism is both in vogue as well as a testament to the current state of affairs. One does not counter sexism with more sexism, doing so is merely counter-productive.

However, I don't understand why you felt the need to conflate this book's premise with your apparent ideological stance against Socialism (Democratic or otherwise). I felt you were reach at points. Not to mention that some of your points are weak (i.e. "when was the last time you picked up your neighbor's yard", last I checked Socialism wasn't about doing your neighbor's chores...). And given more time and motivation, I could even refute some of your points.

In fact, that's what I find so sad about this video. You spend more time, it seems, rehashing the same Right Wing fear-mongering propaganda of the oh-so terrible Left instead of attacking the premise of this book. I haven't read the book, but it just seems to me that you assumed that a world run by females would automatically be a Leftist one. (Perhaps it had something to do with Dee Dee Myers?)

Anywho, I hope in the future you'll try to be a little more on point with your refutations.

Everyone should abhor censorship. This book--saying "Why Women Should Rule the World"--is what's inflammatory. Did you forget to notice that? If it were "Why Men Should Rule the World" I don't think you'd be defending it. Go ahead and don't take it seriously as a review because if you did probably turn into brown sugar. There should be no sexism. Everyone should be treated equally. Let's end affirmative action today!
There was no reach. The leftist agenda is socialism whether they're too dumb to know it or not. We're currently at 40 percent level of total taxation--leftist anti-liberals think that government is just "paying your dues to society"--so, with this belief system in place nothing will prevent the Leviathan from heisting another 40 or 50 percent more and then its full fledged socialism unlike the hybrid we have now.
When was the last time you did your neighbor's yard? You won't care about his or her things like you do your own. The last thing we should do is take the savings away from people and give them to the government who will distribute their money inefficiently and without a care. I doubt you could refute those points.
This video was outstanding and triumphant. The book though was sad. The left is incompetent, low-functioning, emotion obsessed and devoutly hates our country. "Oh-so terrible left?" Okay, I think that's true. Yes, women predominantly in this country vote leftist. Wish they didn't! Let's change their mindset together. Was that on point enough for you?

Amazingly accurate assessment of the state of things. I was particulalry fond of your connection of Socialism to Females. It fits the profile. The general behavior of females has it seems to me always been about getting someone else to do their work. This is what we have called manipulation. You got right onto it. And Socialism follows the same process. Get others to do what you do not want to and draft off their effort. Wish you could find your way onto the mainstream message systems. You might do a lot of good but then the PC crowd would never allow for that would they.
