RECALL THIS PRODUCT!! beware blue paint,
This review is from: Fisher-Price Brilliant Basics Rock-a-Stack (Baby Product)
We received this as a gift. When I gave it to my 8 month old son, blue dye was all over his mouth and hands. I called Fisher Price to complain and they stated that they have not recalled the product since the dye was non toxic. They then refused to tell me what was in the blue paint. I did a search online and this problem has been ongoing since April 2009. WHY WAS THIS NOT RECALLED???

Thank you for your useful review. I was deciding if I should go with this or other stacker (this one is first choice as best stacker when I google it). As a mom I can imagine how horrible your experience must have been and I'm thankful for people like you who let other parents know about it. I won't be buying this stacker or any fisher price stacker.

Amazon Customer says:
That is nuts! I am so sorry to hear that happened to you! I would've been really freaked out if that had happened to my son. I have the same product but did not have this experience. My son puts the rings in his mouth all the time and I've never had any of the dyes leach off. Maybe they've fixed the problem? (I got mine in 2013.)

They must have fixed it because we also got ours in 2013 and there was no problem with. In fact, my 22-month-old still plays with this stacker several times a week.
