1.0 out of 5 stars Common problem - won't charge, August 27, 2012
By
This review is from: Jaybird Freedom Stereo Bluetooth Earbuds with Secure Fit-Bluetooth Headset - Retail Packaging - Midnight Black (Wireless Phone Accessory)
Charged them 3 times over 3 weeks after which they wouldn't charge anymore. This appears to be a common problem if you read these reviews. I could return them but that's a lot of hassle for something that will probably break again. Plus Jaybird doesn't make it as easy as they could. If I had read all the reviews before buying I probably would have bought something else.

At the very least, given reported unreliability I would have bought them on Amazon where the return would have been free and easy within 30 days.

You live and learn! $33 per week...

Are you aware that you can only use a computer USB port or a very small number of specified AC adapters? I found this out the hard way. I've been using my laptop and never had a charging issue since. They sell an adapter which is the best option if no pc/mac power is available.
