New formula NOT new and improved,
This review is from: Sunshine Mist Vitamin D Spray Pack of 3 (Health and Beauty)Sprayers stopped working after a few pumps. Taste is bitter spearmint/rosemary - if you can imagine. Old product was a nice citrus and sprayers worked great - conventional pump. Have contacted Mercola's website. Rating this product with 1 star because I can't imagine how these sprayers passed QC. Otherwise - I feel that taking Vitamin D regularly over the past 2 years has drastically reduced the number of colds I've gotten. I will be looking for another product.

I spoke with a company rep regarding the new design and new flavor. He said they were receiving many complaints about it. He had no suggestions for the spray defect except to take it off and put a pin through it. Totally ineffective. We removed the bottom of the sprayer with a pair of pliers and then poured the contents into a drug store spray bottle. However, that also clogged up. Now I just open the bottle and "pour" the liquid under my tongue until it feels like a few drops. Don't like the new flavor either. Why they felt the need to improve an already fabulous product is beyond comprehension.

Since my post last February, I have reordered and now find that the sprayer defect has been corrected. Still not the greatest taste, but I regard this product as "medicine" and not dessert, so that gets me past the flavor or lack thereof.
