No Menu or Extras,
Verified Purchase(What's this?)

The Blu Ray version looks great. Picture is crystal clear The only draw back is that there is no menu. Put it in and it just starts playing. You can't pick a chapter or change the audio output. Also, on the DVD version, there is a very funny deleted scene with the character Elliot as an English rock star. Not on the Blu Ray. Anchor Bay needs do a better job.

Thank you for your review. I just got my Blu-ray copy last night and I thought I had a defective Blu-ray DVD because there is no main menu. I had never seen a Blu-ray DVD movie without a main menu - what the hell??? I suspected that my copy was a pirate copy or something. Also, on SONY Blu-ray player's main menu where I would see the applications, it normally reads the name of the movie and shows the DVD cover of the movie, it strangely read "Showstoppers" and had some actor names that I didn't recognize. I found that was very strange.

Thank you for your review - saved me a few dollars. While I like this movie, I don't like it enough to buy the movie on its own, just bare bones. Should I want to watch it, I'll settle for picture quality that is less than perfect by streaming it on the services where it is available. What a poor excuse for a BR release. Thanks again.
