I just read your review and I hate to see good customers not get what they paid for back when they are not happy with the product they ordered. Whether it was a defect or not up to your standards.
I will look for the number for y contacting the company you purchased the item from sometimes is a waiste of time. i had to do this with a defective ou and the directions on how to find it. Amazon themselfs sent me a free return label to my email. So let me go look for you to see if i can find amazon's direct number. When I called them ( and I had to call on 2 seperate occasions for 2 seperate orders ) the people I spoke to were extremly helpful and they told me as soon as they see that my package label number was on the way back to them I would receive my refund and I did within 2 days from shipping it back to them. I found it and I HAVE 2 NUMBERS FOR YOU THE FIRST NUMBER IS 866-216-1072, THE 2ND NUMBER IS 888-280-4331. ALL YOU AND ANYONE ELSE NEEDS TO DO IS CLICK ON THE HELP BUTTON ON THE VERY TOP OF PAGE OF AMAZON.COM THEn SCROLL DOWN TO THE 2 QUESTIONS THEY ASK FOR THE REASON YOU NEED TO CONTACT AMAZON AFTER YOU DO THAT YOU WILL HAVE AN OPTION TO EMAIL, CALL THEM OR HAVE THEM CALL YOU. MAKE SURE YOU KEEP YOUR CURSER UNDER THE OPTION CALL THEM TO GET THEIR NUMBER. LIKE I SAID CALLING THEM DIRECTLY GETS MOST RESULTS. A LABEL SHIPPED TO YOU IF YOUR PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE OR AND NOT WORKING AND YOUR MONEy RETURNED TO YOU IN A VERY FAST TIMELY MATTER. THEY ARE VERY HELPFUL WHEN YOU CALL THEM. GOOD LUCK, KATHIE
